Casually browsing the web, you stumble across an impressive website…well rather, an impressive font that captures your eye. You dig through the source code, ask in comments, send an email to the editor, etc for the font but oftentimes you just have to move on (trust me I know…I’ve been there!)…until now.
What’s the font Chrome extension allows the user to simply highlight the text and right-click to find out what the font is.
For example, I highlighted an excerpt from the Apple iPhone webpage and found out that it uses Lucida Grande font. You could repeat this across any text on the web – only thing is, it won’t be able to recognize fonts within an image. It’s the closest thing to what I need for my daily browsing so works for me!
